We are excited to share with you that we are now electronically filing 100% of your dental insurance claims. What this means to you is that we will have transmitted your claim electronically to your insurance carrier before you drive home from your dental appointment.

Your insurance reimbursement should be available in a matter of days rather than weeks.

In January, we also incorporated a new system that can verify insurance eligibility and benefits. This allows us to know exactly what contributions your carrier will make toward your dental treatment.

From time to time, employers switch insurance carriers for their employees. Should this happen to you, please inform us at your earliest convenience so as to allow us to update your information in our system.
